This is wrong Sears has decided to offer the black Friday deals that the company will not take on the loss that they are going to reduce the employees commission. So they are taking the money out of the pockets of the people at the bottom so the people at the company doesn't take the loss. So we ask that you sign this petition to boycott Sears until they agree to give employees back their normal commission rates. These employees work every hard on black Friday and have families to support and all they want is their normal pay. This needs done immediately because black Friday starts soon.
