| 572 | Seretha Ouellette | I was in Soc class at the high school in my town when I first heard about this. My Teacher decided to show us only parts of the movie " Abandoned Children of Bulgaria", to prove a point that isolation affects socialization. But when I watched this movie with my classmates,I was heart broken. I found it hard to believe that a person would just abandon their child only because he/she was blind, or deaf; couldn't talk, or mildly autistic. It was heart wrenching to sit there and watch it, having the affect on me that it did, and then watch some of my classmates go on with their day as if none of this mattered. Their attitudes were as if to say, "well its not happening here so who cares." or " well there's nothing we can do about it so why worry?". Well the way I see it both of these outlooks are wrong. A) It's happening all over the world everyday and B) there IS so much we can do about this. I tell you, if I could, at this point in my life, adopt these children, I would in a heart beat. These children need love and stimulation. And I hope people can take the time to understand this and help.

I want to help these Children homes with Humanitarian aid, as I have in the past taken out aid by surface transport to Belarus, and Lithuania, also to two homes in Bulgaria. Please give me any information that you can so I can help. The homes do not like me looking around them so it is dificult to see their needs. I know there is at least over 100 homes as I have names of so far. But I need to get inside to be able to help them. Brian Rowe.
