This river area already has quite a crowded venue with many different size boats and water activities leading to dangerous fishing and recreation for all. Comments: I am against putting that barge on the elk river as it will hurt everyone's home and property values that are close to the barge terminal. The Elk river is not wide enough for something like this and you will cause unsafe water conditions for the people enjoying the river who have invested their hard earned money to have a river house on the Elk River
