We feel that it is unfair to allow free parking for multinational supermarkets whilst continuing to charge for parking throughout the town Centre. We consider this to be a tax on local shopping and agree with the local Scottish Labour Party that it time to scrap the charges at St Mary's and Castle Street car parks.
