Dear Neighbors:

We need to take action and hold the Scottsdale Quarter Management office accountable for the loud and very disruptive noise that their trash trolley/carts create several times an hour through out the day between 6AM to past midnight. I have brought this to the attention of the mall management with no success but only to be told that the trash bins were custom made and there is nothing to be done about the noise they create. This is not a solution to the problem and the continued noise at the decibels these carts make cannot be within the city's noise limits. We all pay premium pricing to live in this building and all the conveniences however this does not allow and in fact is a breach to a "quiet enjoyment" living environment. I have been told by Crescent Management they have not received, nor were aware of the intrusive and disruptive noise levels however with your help we can file a protest to the Mall management to make a change. I appreciate your help and hope that we can improve the situation by eliminating this inconvenience and noise pollutant.
