The Supreme Court issued a ruling with a deadline of April 12, 2005. The Court said no smoke and mirror plans. They said the Legislature had already defined \"suitable\" in the Augenblick & Meyers Study, that cost taxpayers $207,000.
It\'s time for responsible leadership. We demand that the Kansas Legislature produce a real plan with real revenues that are ongoing.
