Reasoning?

It was mentioned to me today that maybe - just maybe the 'uniforms' are an important part of a strategy to undermine any political move to amalgamate the Public and Separate school boards in Ontario. The idea was that by 'visually' showing voting power in numbers = kids in uniforms - an EXTRA 15,000 elementary shcool aged children across this region alone... a politician would be careful to weigh the advisability of angering these voters by doing away with their elite status as one of 2 school boards in this province...? Sound plausible to any of you? If not, then are there any other LOGICAL reasons why they would be so adamant about this issue to the point of denying us our democratic right to VOTE on an issue that affects us?

Let the actual Parents/Guardians VOTE....Uniforms or NOT? I am explaining this because at the meeting held in Blessed Trinity HS in Port Colborne, it...
