    Comments: i am a school bus driver and i think all buss should have seatbelts in every seat not just the first front 3 seats they now have made all seat backs higher for state laws but we need seat belts the kids climb under the seats and there is nothing for us drivers to do to keep the children in there seat.

    Comments: I live in California and I agree that grandfathering in aging school buses is completely unacceptable! ALL school Buses should have seatbelts. It only costs less than $8000 per school bus while our politicians drive luxury cars that we pay for- gas, insurance, everything.
