David | Rose | UK | This would be really great - and would surely serve to enhance the popularity of the up-and-coming CGI series; in addition, I believe, to being a commercial success in its own right. An entire generation remembers the TV21 and Lady Penelope comics with much affection; would love to read them again, and have the money to buy a set of reprints of the cartoons from those comics. Need I say more?
Hazel | Kohler | UK | Seems like an ideal opportunity! The new series will generate a lot of interest from both old and new fans. I support this petition whole-heartedly
Shamrock | Holmes | UK |
MJ | Rudy | US | I never saw most of the comics, and I can't afford to purchase original materials. Please reissue the comics!
| 8 | Jay | Quirk | UK | Good Luck against Carlton...
Even If I Always WAS A Mysteron ;-)

Sue | Stanhope | UK | I, like many others, am a huge fan of Gerry Anderson's work, but in particular 'Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons'. This show is often overlooked in favour of the more commercially known 'Thunderbirds' but is more than its equal in its brilliance. Please don't stop at the Thunderbirds reprints, there is such a vast wealth of new fans awaiting the transmission of the new CGI series next year and a revival of interest in the 1960s series can only help to promote what we hope will be another gem still to be watched and discussed in another 30 years time.
Lucy | Stanton | UK | I've only seen a couple of the comic strips and would love to see more.
Christine | Wills | AU | There are lots of those that I have never seen.
Neil | Crossley | UK | Captain Scarlet rules!
Christopher | Thompson | UK |
Stephie | Woods | UK |
Keryn | Grant | AU | If you bring out this book I will definitely be buying more than one copy, and it if is not available in the shops in Australia I will order them from overseas.
Edwin | Quantrall | US | I've been a fan of "Captain Scarlet" since I first saw it in 1969 or 1970 (I was 8 or 9 -- how time flies!), and thoroughly enjoyed the DVD re-issue of the complete episodes. I'd dearly love to have the comics collection too!
Janet | Simmons | US |
guy | pitchford | UK |
Nigel | Preece | UK | The artwork of Ron Embleton and Mike noble, the artists who drew the Scarlet strip was superior in every way. Very much in keeping with the other strips in that comic. Reason enough then for the Captain Scarlet strips to be re-printed.
Richard | Boissonneault | CA | I would love to have the opportunity to read them one day. Since I never had the chance in my younger years. (Richard 41 years old)
Pauline | Burgoyne | UK | Both of my children are avid fans of captain scarlet and Thunderbirds. I watched both shows in the sixties and still enjoy them today
Kara | Ross | |
Sylvie | Laprise | CA |
Keith | Ansell | UK | Similiar books featuring Gerry Anderson's other classic series from TV21 such as Fireball XL5 and Stingray could follow the Scarlet volumes. You have a goldmine on your hands
Richard | Burgoyne | UK | Yes more Captain Scarlet stories please. and Thunderbirds too!
Felicity | Clark | UK | I hope that the book will be published in more than one country, as I am sure that many people have been frustrated by learning that similar items are only available in one area, when they cannot afford to travel there.
M.J.P. | Admiraal | NL |
Laura | Kaighn | US | I've been a fan of the show since childhood, and have continually enjoyed revisiting Mr. Anderson's world of Mysterons and the indestructible wonder: Captain Scarlet! The comics are especially enjoyed. I'd love to see them in their entirety!
Peter | Sullivan | US | I'd love to see the Captain Scarlet comics given the reprint they truely deserve
Julie | Collings | UK |

This year's omission is a grave error!!! |

Kerrie | Dougherty | AU |

Cornelius | ALEXANDER | CA | A retrospective of the Captain Scarlet strip is both timely and due. With the work being carried out on the new show, this is a perfect time to publish such a book.
ED | BRAULT | US | A GREAT SERIES, AND ONE THAT SHOULD BE MADE AVAILABLE TO A NEW AUDIENCE
Kim | McDonald | AU | I would really like to see artwork all in one book!
Matthew | Crowther | UK | Bring them back, I have some but not all. You will do a great favour by doing so.
Christopher | Halliday | US | The colected Thunderbirds strips were a delight, and have taken pride of place in my library. To have the Captain Scarlet strips in a similar format would be a dream come true.
Brian | Dodson | UK | It is high time the TV21 strips were seen again. The artwork is of such high quality and releasing a book in a similar vein to the Dan Dare mould would be timely considering the up and coming CGI series.
