INITIATIVE PETITION AND BALLOT QUESTION We, the undersigned registered voters of the Township of Saddle Brook, Bergen County, New Jersey, under the initiative power granted by State statue, hereby propose the following ordinance at the General Election to be held on November 6, 2012. ORDINANCE A. The Township of Saddle Brook be and hereby does not provide health and other medical benefits to ALL Elected Officials and part-time professionals and/or appointed professionals. B. Any Ordinance in contravention of this Ordinance be and hereby is repealed. INTERPRETATION STATEMENT If the question were to pass, from this day on , The Township of Saddle Brook would not longer be required to provide health benefits and other medical benefits to ALL Elected Officials and their dependants and part-time professionals hired by the Township and/or appointed professionals.
