With the advancement of internet, people are able to do almost everything. check up on people, stalk people, etc. and it mostly infringe on others' rights of life!
Look at some websites that encourage people to take photos of the 'incosiderate, rude, ungraceful' side of people and post it up on net! YES. these people deserves to get punish, BUT is it legal to post their pictures (uncensored) online without their permission IMAGINE the psychological effect that this can bring one IS THIS TOO MUCH A PUNISHMENT
What about those who are innocent Let's just say a youth who is sick is seated on a priority seat, and then fall asleep. An elderly walked in and stood infront of him.YOU CAN TOTALLY EXPECT EVERYONE TO TAKE UP THEIR HANDPHONE AND START SNAPPING AWAY, AND THE NEXT DAY, BEHOLD! THE GUY'S PHOTO IS BEING PUT ONLINE TITLED "the guy who pretend to fall asleep when an elderly walked in the MRT"
If you can takes pictures of others, OTHERS can take pictures of you illegally too!
It's time for those websites that encourages such posting of illegal pictures to reflect on themselves! Because of their commercial profits, they have sacrific the moral acts! think about it, you take illegal pictures, commenting about how rude a person is when you post the picture online, HOW POLITE DOES THAT SHOWS U TO BE
So i appeal! take down the pictures!! OR CENSORED IT!
I really thought this might just be a small rant into the void but seeing so many people agree makes me feel like maybe we can actually change how these sites operate. It is honestly wild to wake up and see that people are finally saying enough is enough with the public shaming culture because it is ruining lives for no reason.

Privacy needs to be respected. just because everyone has a camera now doesn't mean they should use it to harass people. very trashy behavior.
