The neighborhood is full of small children and families, the fact that random cars coming and going all hours of the evening is unsettling to me and my family as well as other neighbors. I talked to the tenant's sister who told me one of those cars is the dealer. I had a gentleman that I do not know knock on my door 4 times in one day, as well as sleeping in the front yard in the middle of the day. Something needs to be done quickly. The neighborhood is great other than this one tenant.
