The UK Government wants to ban branded packaging and change all cigarette packings to a dull olive dark green colour. This will encourage the Black Market to sell more counterfeit cigarettes which are even more dangerous because people would not recognise the difference. Also if people buy counterfeit cigerettes they are not buying a brand they enjoy.
