As you may know, the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) declared ObamaCare constitutional in a landmark 5-4 decision on June 28th, 2012. This decision was upheld SOLELY because it fell within our Congress' right to tax; a definition President Obama actively denied countless times prior to the ruling on the 28th. While it may seem like a loss, the ruling can be looked at as a win. SCOTUS' definition of ObamaCare has lowered the number of senators needed to repeal the healthcare act from 60 to 51, and will completely change Congress' interpretation of the act when they discuss it in the future. This petition is for any American citizen wishing to speak out against the socialistic ObamaCare, no matter if you are Republican or Democrat. If this is allowed to stand in our country, "healthcare" could be replaced by anything. Those in power like Obama could even say something as ludicrous as "All American citizens not owning a 3D television will be required to pay a due of $20,000." Please show your support against ObamaCare, we hope you will do even more than signing this when all is said and done.

Thank you, and let us keep America the way it should be!
