Comments: Gavin is so out of touch with main stream Guernsey, another attack on anyone trying to make a life for themselves and the family,Guernsey is not the UK we live in paradise but its more expensive then some parts of london to buy property, losing this tax relief is a stake through the heart of the family unit ,please reconsider.

Comments: Absolutely not! Deputy St. Pier, your days are well and truely numbered now! How on earth are my children ever going to get on the property ladder? Saying that this will force the price of property down will only bring more misery for others as it will create negative equity. What if (well, when) the interest rates rise again? Seems another win win for the rich and another kick in the teeth for the normal person!

Comments: How on earth are we middle class earners supposed to keep our families going? Please think before you vote this in Deputies. You are killing our Island. Hit the rich for a bit extra - they won't even notice it's not there not us mugs that can barely make ends meet. We have a mortgage and work because we don't want to live off the States!
