| 54 | Christine Balch | Please save WGTS! I love the radio station it has meant so much to me in the 6 years that i've lived in DC and continue to be a great source of encouragement to me! |
| 55 | Rita | Please do not take WGTS away from us. It's the only thing that keeps me sane. |
| 56 | Rita | Please do not take WGTS away from us. It's the only thing that keeps me sane. |
| 57 | Lisa | I have been listening to WGTS for many years and it is a daily part of my worship and devotional time. The music ministers to me in ways that other forms of music have not. As the primary Christian music station in the Washington, D.C. area, the station reaches decision-makers at all levels of government, impacting the Nation's Capital for Christ. The loss of this very important ministry would be significant for those of us who rely on the station for the music as well as peace and perspective in our busy days lobbying Congress and the White House. I will continue to pray that the station remain the remier music ministry in Washington, D.C. |
| 58 | Jessica | Please do not take WGTS from 250,000 people who listen to this station everyday. This station touches peoples lives everyday. |
| 59 | Taylor Clapp | We don't need another talk station on FM. Stop Bill Kling. |
| 60 | Erik & Mary Hawkins | CUC Board: We pray that you keep your Christian vision in mind as you make decisions on the financial future of CUC. We pray that you sell WGTS to a buyer who will continue the powerful and growing ministry of WGTS. |
| 61 | Celeste Miyashiro | Please reconsider and sell to a Christian company. My 4 1/2 year old daughter LOVES this station even over nursery rhymes. Celeste |
| 62 | Veronica | |
| 63 | Kathy Sullivan | |
| 64 | John Burchett | God is Great.
Jesus Akbar!
Thank the Lord for WGTS. |
| 65 | Josue Vega | CUC must do the right thing! Keep WGTS on the air. |
| 66 | William Bowers | It would be a shame to shut this radio station down. Do whatever you can to keep it up and running. |
| 67 | Ardith Campbell Dentzer | May God protect the music ministry of WGTS 91.9 FM, and provide Columbia Union College with alternative sources of funding so that both WGTS and CUC can continue their Christian mission. |
| 68 | Margaret Williams | I can't express the peace that washes over me when I turn on WGTS and am reminded of God's love for this world. It is a very powerful tool to share God's love. Thank you soooo much for all your hard work in putting this station together. |
| 69 | Betty Fitch | Please save WGTS 91.9 fm just as it is today! I enjoy listening to this Christian radio station |
| 70 | Pastor Richie Brower | I hope that you will not sacrifice this great light on the altar of institutional survival tomorrow.
God can provide. |
| 71 | Pradip Ninala | Choose this day whom you will serve ... God or money. In the end, the final decision is from the Lord. Tread carefully. |
| 72 | Harrison John | Please defer your decision about the sale of WGTS. Is not there some way to allow the vast resources of the SDA Church to find a solution to this problem? |
| 73 | Rachelle | Ever since I found WGTS in '06, it has been my favorite station. I am appalled and dismayed that CUC would consider selling out to a secular group! Please don't! We need more Christian stations, not fewer! Don't take away yet another beacon for Christ!
I cannot believe that CUC would consider MONEY (highest bidder) over Christianity (2nd highest bidder). For that reason, CUC will NEVER have my business as a college student. |
| 74 | Linda L. Rouse | God is in Control! Praise God! |
| 75 | Vanessa Plante-McDonald | I listen to WGTS practically every day on the weekdays. It has been an inspiration to me. I haven't listened to secular music all summer long, just WGTS. |
| 76 | Anonymous | Heavenly Father,
There is no one like you-- thank you for loving us llike you do!
Your mission though WGTS LORD is like you....always there for us.
WGTS radio programing, the staff and listeners stories of faith make your persence real, personal and ever present.
GOD, I pray that your will be done with the future of WGTS and I pray specifically that you will make a way to continue your Christian programing at WGTS and you will provide for the owners financial needs as well. Lord I beg you to do whatever it takes to keep the programing of WGTS available to my family and everyone 24 hours a day 7days a week. please Lord hear my prayer.
...“For I know well the plans I have in mind for you, says the Lord, plans for your welfare, not for woe! plans to give you a future full of hope. When you call me, when you go to pray to me, I will listen to you. When you look for me, you will find me. Yes, when you seek me with all your heart, you will find me with you , says the Lord and I will change your lot...Jeremiah 29:11-14 |
| 77 | Patt | Please don't sell WGTS! There are so few Christian radio stations and there's not any secular music that's worth listening to. I pray that God will intervene!!!!! |
| 78 | Peggy Webb | I pray to our Mighty God that we can keep WGTS as a Christian radio station! The Washington DC area NEEDS a wholesome, family oriented Christian music station. Our children love this station, please keep it going! |

| 81 | Lauri Donnelly | Have faith...God will prevail!! WGTS has truly been a blessing to me and my family--I can't imagine driving around in my car without it!! |
| 82 | Safiya Simmons | |
| 83 | Melissa Layton | This station has touched my life, and lives of many others for Christ. To sell the station to someone other than a Christian organization will almost surely mean that the message of Christ will be removed from one more venue! Please listen to the voice of God as you make your decision. |
| 84 | Julieta Simmons | |
| 85 | Nancy Saltzman | |
| 86 | Monika Greenhow | Please defer your decision to sell the radio station.
WGTS is very important to so many people. There are a lot of people that could be affected by this outcome. |

| 88 | Doree Lynn Miles | Please do not take WGTS Christian music off the air. |
| 89 | Mechelle Bray | |
| 90 | Suzanne Rodriguez | WGTS was such a blessing to me during a very traumatic experience that happened over two years ago, that it is the only station I have listened to since. I used to only listen to C-Span and other "talk" stations, but there is nothing like the inspiration and healing that comes from listening to music and words inspired by GOD. The ministry that WGTS offers has blessed so many many people - especially those of us who are going through tough times and are hurting... Please keep it going...!!! |
| 91 | Anonymous | WGTS is a valuable ministry. Thank you. |
| 92 | Barbara Harris | This radio station, WGTS, has carried me through many dark days, from the loss of my fiance' to the loss of my mother to many upheavals between and since then. I travel from Baltimore to Virginia for work--I can't name the number of times I've been driving down the highway with tears streaming down my face through my anguish, hurt, fear, anger.....and then being comforted by the words and music of your broadcasters who always reminded me that God is in charge and things will work out according to His will--as they will in this situation. I pray for your station and everyone involved there, and the college, and for all of us who listen that God will make the best decision for us all. I am forever in your station's debt for helping me to keep God central in my life and remindiing me that He's in control.4 and on my side. Thank you so much---may God Bless everyone. Barbara Harris |
| 93 | Susan Kaltenbaugh | |
| 94 | Anthonius Magturo | Please keep this station and its current format, a Christian Music Station. Thank You! |
| 95 | Anonymous | Please keep Christian music on the air. |
| 96 | Miki Sánchez | WGTS has been a tremendous blessing in my life. It saved my life when I was thinking about ending it. I have gained a family; good friends. They know me by name. Their commitment to this ministry is admirable and their compassion is genuine. The people who work at WGTS have shown me that they care about me as an individual. They rearranged everyone's schedule, so that Ty and Angela could come to my school on Career Day to speak to my students. They have been there for me through thick and thin; in laughter and in tears. I am so blessed to have had the opportunity to meet such wonderful, dedicated Christians!
I hope and pray for a miracle; the miracle of saving God's station, WGTS 91.9. God's voice will never be silenced. I BELIEVE IN MIRACLES!
Thank you, WGTS! What a difference you've made in my life! May you remain on the air blessing us all with your Christian Radio Ministry! You are loved and very much appreciated!
God Bless You All! |
| 97 | Deborah Evans | WGTS is salt and light (Matt. 5:13-16) shining the love and grace of Christ into people's lives. It is one of the best, most significant witnesses that Adventists have for the salvation of souls. It makes my heart sink to think that this light may be extinguished. I hope and pray that CUC will not sell out and sell their birthright! |
| 98 | Anonymous | At least let EMF purchase the station if WGTS can't raise enough funds. |
| 99 | Ogo N | God is on the throne. His perfect will has already been done!
God Bless! |
