2851 AnonymousPlease bring back the mid-June format to 101.5. It was the only station I listened to and for some reason, you went and replaced it with crap. I'm 27, but love talk radio, and regardless of what time of day it was, always managed to find entertainment from one of the amazing shows on the old 101.5. Please bring it back!!!
2852 Mike LongI am outraged I just got back from Chicago after spending the summer back there only to find out that you have taken free fm off the air what the hell were you thinking!!! Who in the hell had the bright idea to put another r&b station in there place phoenix needs another one of those like you need a hole in your head.. one thing i have noticed is that Phoenix has like 13 Hispanic channels and 4 rap crap channels 2 country channels and one talk radio channels now that you took off tom there is nothing to look forward to on the drive home... so explain to me why you had to bump him you ran Howard stern for a long time and tom is far from a "shock Jock" he speaks the truth and tells it like it is so if you think that putting this rap crap in his place will make things better your wrong... we dont only miss him we also miss frosty heidi and frank .. so i think you should really consider bringing free fm back cause this is what the listeners really want!!! who cares about kid and ruben their sorry asses decided to leave this state years ago... as of now i will not be listening to any of your stations or watching cbs anything cause there is always clear channel out there.... i hope you get back to me and let me know what is really going on and WHY the format was changed!!! 2860 AnonymousAll these people are right..bring Tom back. I just discovered Tom Leykis, then to my surprise I was listening to KFRC and baseball of all things. You may be surprised, but I am a 62 yr old female, (still hot, like Raquel, Suzanne etc.) and now I have to go to the website and listen on my computer instead of in my car..Oldies and baseball, where else can you get that? EVERYWhere!! No where else can I find a more fun station..Frosty Hiede and Frank? They make my day..Oh well, needless to say I no longer listen to kfrc. I know I am one of many.

2868 StevoI took a little bit of research into this and found out that the senior vice president of CBS Communications took Free FM off the air in AZ due to ratings...understandable. He also pulled the station out from San Diego and San Francisco, Cali, as well as Chicago...all to be placed in Boise, Idaho and probably some other one horse town. From the places I have mentioned, he has taken a station out of a grand total of 11,416,915 potential listeners' ears to be put in to a total of 216,540. So bravo to Dana McClintock!

2872 Derek S. II...Why create a replacement radio program that is the exactly the same as a well known competitor program? That's bad business,"Free FM" talk radio was a great and appropriate way to differentiate it self from usual radio. When I want to listen to people talk...I listened to "Free FM"...When I wanted to listen to some music, I prefer the competitor station that the 101.5 "TRIES TO EMULATE". Don't try to eliminate those Deejays presently on 101.5, thinking that would patch up the bruises... Just give back the option of the "good stuff" you once had. Free FM was in its process of flourishing and someone couldn't grasp the concept of development. FREE FM is worth my time and entertains me... Now could Tom Leykis blow me up like he used to always do?

I cannot believe you made such a ridiculous decision to take stimulating, thought- provoking conversations off the air and replaced it with mind numbing noise that you insist on calling music.
