Retain Todd Carney

The petition

To the Canberra Raiders,

Raiders' halfback Todd Carney should not have his contract terminated as a result of his latest off field indiscretion.

It is the belief of those who have signed this petition that young Todd can be rehabilitated for the betterment of himself and this great club, which we all love and support.

The sacking of Todd Carney will ultimately do more harm to Todd and this club, than working with him to get his career, and more importantly, his life, back on track.

We strongly believe this club is the right place for Todd to do this. We are strong and loyal supporters of the Canberra Raiders AND Todd Carney.

We urge you to show leniency and let Todd Carney turn his life around at the club he loves.
