    Comments: I honestly think it is rediculous to close the place down. I mean beef up security or something but to close a place that means so much to so many is unjust. People talk about how now a days all kids do is run the streets but all they keep doing is closing down the places that they call home where they can go instead of being on the streets. The people in charge think they're doing something right but all they are doing is punishing the majority or a "community" if you will because that what this is a community that is losing an important part of their lives.

    Comments: 3rd Rail is one of the few Brooklyn venues remaining. The problem doesn't lie in funding or even maintaining a target audience. One stupid kid did one stupid thing. We cannot condemn the whole community who enjoys 3rd rail all because of one persons actions. I agree that there should be heightened security but the venue should not shut down because of lack there of. I hope 3rd rail will survive through all of this mess and people can still have a place to go to enjoy good music and interact with good people.
