My name is Julie snow; my plan is to restore the Winter Garden Theater from inside and out the way it used to look in the 40s and 50s. My dream has always been to restore the wonder land mark. My plan is to reopen the famous Winter Garden to it's original so that families have affordable way to have fun, and watch movies at the same time.

I want to make a difference and bring more jobs to this city. I’m focused on getting everyone in on this project from the county, and local governments and the residents of Jamestown involved. I believe with the support of everyone we can succeed in saving the first theater that was build here in town. In the brink of an economic hard ship I believe by bringing more employment opportunities to this town we can give more families the chance to be more independent. And bring more families together at affordable rate compared to the leading compilation in the market. My purpose is to save this historic building from being decayed even more or being torn down.

 This is a piece of history we need to save because it reminds us of our child hoods memories. This is a land mark of history the winter garden theater! I will always remember my grandfather telling me stories about how he loved the winter garden theater. I remember stories like how Will Rogers was his favorite actor, and how he took my grandmother there on their first date.

Funding the theater is going to take time and a lot of effort I am asking the city of Jamestown, organized agencies and the residents to please help me move forward with this plan I’ am applying for grants from Washington D.C. sence there is none available at this time in chautauqua county.
