Our goal is to save a piece of Disneyland Hotel history. This topiary has been around since whenever a gardener thought it was a good idea, and I for one will not stand to have it mercilessly torn down.

I am already disappointed about the balcony removal, but messing with the Disney nostalgia is a HUGE mistake. I look back fondly on childhood memories at the Disneyland Hotel. One of my favorite spots was the waterfalls and ambiance of the Neverland Pool. Some things should just be left alone and are classics for a reason. I'm afraid when I return to Disneyland this summer we will be staying at The Grand Californian.
