| 2 | Stephanie Bright | I think that this is a ridiculus pressure tactic, the only people who are suffering here is the innocent citizens of montreal (ie: the passengers, the tax payers) Maintenance workers already make enuf cash.. |

| 5 | Anonymous | I DO AGREE WITH this petition here in demands that the STM maintenance workers and all supporters be legislated back to work by the end of May 2007 or earlier too !
Have a great BUSLESS day. |
| 6 | Anonymous | Yes I'd like to see them back to work by tomorrow also !
NOTE: maintanence is spelled as MAINTENANCE ???
Thanks, Mark |

| 12 | Adam Bagatavicius | This strike is to noone and nothing's benefit. For a MARGINAL increase in salary, a whole city is held hostage! If the workers did unanimously exceptional jobs (i.e. full BILINGUAL courtesy, a strict adherence to the schedules), then perhaps this strike would at least be mildly credible, or INDIVIDUAL raises would be warranted. As it stands, this is an abuse of "democratic" power, and an instance of workers crying wolf for no valid reason. No injustice has been inferred on their side. They are inadvertently terrorizing the city and its economy because of whiny, selfish whims. Strength in numbers is a double-edged sword; do NOT force us citizens to retaliate. Sheesh. |

| 24 | Kailesh Gopalbhai | I suggest that the STM and union management get a 2% pay reduction for each day of the strike. |
| 25 | Anonymous | i almost lost my job because of these fools, i bust my ass all day for $10/h and they get wayy enough benefits and paycheck for sitting on their fat asses and cleaning metro's.. i mean how hard is cleaning? and they want life security and blah blah blah. Think about all the people you are screwing over doing this strike..
once again very dissapointed with the montreal public transport and the quebec government.... this shouldnt be legal, i am not a rich person, and paying the $60 dollars or whatever for my monthly pass is hard enough as it is.. and on top of it i dont even get the service i paid for... and they STM is saying that they will give back roughly two dollars on the cost of the monthly pass... ONE ride on the metro is more than that.. FOOOOLS
no respect for the little people.. fucking system |
