   Comments: Pit Bulls are the greatest addition to any family. It is all due to the way the are raised and loved. I support tha American Pit Bull, and have been a proud parent to 6 wonderful kids in my life. I was married with 13 Pit Bulls around our ceremony because the are family.

   Comments: I have had pit bulls before and they are some of the sweetest and most loving dogs. I trusted mine with my infant son. It is the person who raises the dogs that should be punished for most of the attacks. If they are raised in good loving homes the only reason they show any aggression is them being territorial. JUST LIKE ANY OTHER DOG!!!

    Comments: i have three dogs, two pits and a lab/collie mix... can u guees wich one is more loving and playful with the kids if u guessed the lab/collie your wrong. he wants nothing to do with the kids. if the baby cries the pits are there to make sure it ok. my one pits will climb into the baby's car seat with him. child indangemnet u say ,no. he is safe! our pits are loyal loving dogs, who want nothing more to do then play and give kisses! my lab/collie he just wants to jump on u and knock the kids down.

    Comments: I have been an avid pitbull LOVER & OWNER my entire life. The thing that most people DON'T understand is that pitbull's are a WORKING CLASS DOG. They are born & breed to work hard for their owner's & that is their GREATEST joy in life... making their owner's happy. So, if their owner's train them to be mean, aggressive fighter's... then that's what they are going to do. I would trust my children with my pitbull ANYDAY before I would trust my children with a dog like a Dalmatian or ANY other dog. I feel that people need to really take the time to research these beautiful animals before passing judgment on them as a whole, just based on hearing of a few bad apples. I mean, when I turn on the news, I hear of more humans killing humans than I hear of pitbulls killing or attacking humans... maybe we should consider banning humans from breeding & existing as well.     Comments: Pit bulls are the most abused, over-bred and misunderstood breed on the planet and they get into the wrong hands all too often. However, there are many responsible law-abiding owners who don't deserve to lose there dogs do to the recklessness of the thugs and gang-bangers who use these dogs in "blood sports". There are pit bulls serving as police dogs, rescue dogs and therapy dogs all around the country, the pit bull is the the true American breed. It deserves laws that protect it, not punish it, the abusive and negligent owners should be banned not the dogs themselves.
