Name: Rita C. Tobin on Mar 5, 2008Comments: Clinton can win only by manipulating the electoral process via super-delegates and illegal admission of Florida and Michigan delegates. The Democratic rank and file has chosen Obama as its candidate. If the Clintons show contempt for the primary process by bulldozing their way to the nomination, Americans will reject the Democratic candidate and vote for John McCain. It seems to me that the Clintons have decided that the objective is to win at any cost and let the chips fall where they may. Such selfishness is out of keeping with the principles of our party and I have completely changed my view of the Clintons based on their opportunistic, short-sighted behavior. Apparently, they would rather have the party lose in November than cede the nomination to Obama, who is the rightful candidate based on both the popular vote and the delegate count. Hillary's nomination would be a pyrhrric victory that would cost the Democrats the White House.Flag

Name: Cynthia Moore-Dixon on Mar 5, 2008Comments: Senator Clinton you are a smart women and you have shown that you can get down and fight! BUT you are also smart enough to do the math. To continue will only distroy the party. As you have said this is about who can win against Mccain. It's not that you can't go up against McCain and do well BUT it the fact that if you refuse to get out now! There is no way that the party will unite and this will cause you the election. ONLY you can unite the party. But it must be NOW by getting outFlag

Name: Patrick Gilmartin on Mar 5, 2008Comments: I had been registered Republican, I changed my party to Democrat simply on the fact that I saw a candidate that provided a change from the old, offered us new hope. Now I see the other candidate slinging mud at a fellow party member, and stating that the message of hope is nothing more than fluff. If that person should win the candidacy, then the Democrat party has let me down just like the Republicans and then every thing I had been told about Democrats would have been true.Flag

I hope for the day when my country is returned to the citizens...and not left in the hands of the corporations, the media, the talk show hosts, the war mongers, and the racists.
