Instead of paying for landfills they dump into our seas. I would also like to start cleaning the bermuta triangle with ships and nets to transport trash to recyling centers. This could be funded by locals. Food donations and taxes or volunteers that wish to sail or travel. Solar pannels could also be used for cheaper means of energy for ship engines.
