It seems they do not want to give him his children because then he would no longer have to pay to put in motions and child support. They know if the children are in her custody they get money from him. But if they give them to her, she will not work and will no longer receive child support so the court system sees no money. It seems the courts or CPS do not care for these children, just economic gain. |

How quickly did the local tv station show you the door when you tried to go there after you told them the father was the good parent? If you had told them the father was Gay you would have received media attention and help from the judge. Why are you not lobbying Congress? Why are you not picketing the courthouse with large banners? This is the story of millions of children in the past 20 + years. Get used to it or decide to change it. I have heard of injustices in the past involving children but I have never heard anything like this.
