| 111 | Daniel | Durand | | CA | It's a shame to see beuatiful pieces of achitecutre slip into the sand of time so some develper get's a little richer while society becomes poorer. |

| 113 | Carolyn | Naftel | | CA | The sale of public land for construction of private condominium and retail buildings should be stopped. Then there would be no need to demolish the half round building. The latter should be re-used for health-related housing. |
| 114 | James | Howe | | CA | An excellent example of modern architecture and a city landmark. There must be a way to save the building. |

| 116 | Davide | Gianforcaro | | CA | This building was built with public money, it belongs to the public and it needs to be preserved by the public. Can we at least have a public meeting to discuss alternatives. |

| 118 | Paul | Charbonneau | | CA | All developments, especially important one's such as what we have at Bridgepoint/Half Round must be made to follow LEEDs principles if we are to have anything that is sustainable and worthwhile. |

| 133 | Gene | Threndyle | | CA | City council has to realize the value of built heritage to the city. Culture is not just something that can be bought or built but something that we already have and which we should build upon. |

| 140 | Carol | Fisher | | CA | I believe parkland should remain parkland. There is already a shortage of green space in the world. It should not be given away to private organizations who might then build for profit condominiums or other buildings on it.

| 141 | Anonymous | Anonymous | | CA | Its obviously to see what the Riverdale board is trying to do.
If the round is not torn down, there wont be enough space for the 3 (?) condos planned for the site.
Why dont they sell the round but have it be retrofitted as artist / lofts/ business space. Tt would work, as Riverdale is soooo trendy these days |
| 142 | Anne | Pick | | | This deal seems typical of a series of missteps by City Hall:stupid computer deals;ridiculous garbage containers that create more garbage overflow;board games on the city budget and now this! Is the mess that is our waterfront just going to spread via self serving development across the city. This is not a good deal. On top of that Toronto has lost enough of its historical architecture. It really is time to start listening to the people. This is not a NIMBY protest. The deal has huge holes -unanswered questions. Smacks of MFP. Somebody has got to be getting something out of pushing this through. |
| 143 | Carol | Fisher | | CA | Save the Half-Round building and do not transfer parkland to private hands.
