2852 AnonymousMy family and I enjoy riding a bicicle and walking on the park in our spare time. Also, my daughter ( 4 years old) have learned that we use a telescope to learn about planets and stars, and she have had the oportunity to see a real one at DDO. In addition, we are thrilled every time we have the chance to see a deer in DDO woods. For us, DDO can not be replace for "just" houses, specially now in the green age. DDO is one of the great proyects that a man has made. Thanks to David Alexander Dunlap for his heritage.

2863 AnonymousI realize now that this petition has been up for a while, but wanted to sign and know where the land is going to now.
2864 RickI went there to see Jupiter get slammed. U of T is doing something quite similar. No regard to the impact their descision may have on young aspiring scientists. Must every child be brought up to be a hockey player. Save our future by saving our past.

2877 kian akefiThe David Dunlap Observatory and Park must be designated as heritage land. Living across this beautiful land makes me appreciate this ecosystem everyday because it provides clean air for Richmond Hill residents to breath. The land is home to many plants and animals that will lose their habitat. Please stop the GREEDY DEVOLPERS and act NOW to help keep this planet clean.

2897 Tom GammageI strongly believe the land that makes up the David Dunlop Observatory should be perserved by the Town of Richmond Hill, and the Province of Ontario as an urban parkland. The chance to acquire this much land will not occur again, once the land is gone it cannot be replaced, sincerely Tom Gammage
