Name: Anonymous on Aug 18, 2007Comments: There must be some other more appropriate places to store granite without having to destroy what little countryside we have left. Kranji is one of the few 'back to nature' places we have left and it's so refreshing (for us who live in a concrete jungle) to visit. Its a place for our kids to learn what nature is all about too. PLEASE don't take away the very few natural pleasures we have left on our little red dot.Flag

Although Singapore is small, cant they think of a better place than to disturb our countryside. Whoever responsible please use more BRAINS & be more SENSITIVE & RESPONSIBLE.Flag

Nature conservation, recycling, save our coral reefs, when push comes to shove (!!) it's all talk isn't itFlag

Name: Chua Zi Kang on Aug 18, 2007Comments: Has anyone seen the satellite pictures of Singapore on Googlemap I am surprised that our country is not as green as it is known. Our economy may be enjoying superb growth rates, but it will be a terrible mistake for the govt to be blinded by the development and sacrifice our environment. We need to conserve the very last bit of serenity in this tiny part of the world.Flag
