   Comments: I strongly agree with this petition, while the proposed change will not effect those of us who are already in the system, the futuure of KCTCS accountability is at hand. as the petition states it too is my strong opinion that the quality of instruction will be greately deminished. While existing instructors may not be effected the education provided to our childeren and grandchilderen....... will.

    Comments: The only thing KCTCS notable (in a bad way) achievement KCTCS has in its 10 years of existence is to make McCall the highest paid president in the land. Everything else has gone downhill. Now the Board seems to want to finish it off by destroying tenure and make KCTCS a real laughing stock.

    Comments: The only thing KCTCS has "accomplished" in 10 years is to make McCall the highest paid president in the land. Everything else has been downhill in terms of educational quality. Now the Board wants to finish the job and destroy tenure. KCTCS is a laughing stock and will go the way of the dodo if this board has its way.
