| 2470 | Randy | Montalvo Jr. | NJ | First of all, Ask the Mayor What if his own mother (God Forbid) caught a heart attack in hoboken, and we all know that time is very crutial, whare and how long and how far do you think it would take to have her get to the emergencey room to what ever close hospital that the ambulance want to get her to be seen by a doctor. how long would it take and will she survive this (Heaven forbid) tragic event?
I would like to also say, that HOBOKEN was a wonderful family oriented town in the 60's, 70's, 80's, till all of the schools, manufacturing factory's, a few health facilities where closed and made into condominiums that can only be afforded and accepted buy people making over 100K a year. Close all of those Bar lounges and clean up the drunk yuppies running uncontrolled in the streets during the weekends. If not, have those Bar lounges pay for the Hospital to stay open, since they are very successful in business, They can afford it. |

My dad is a Senior and a current resident of Hoboken he lives on 13th and Willow, he suffers from conjestive heart failure, he has been rushed to St. Mary's on so many occasions, all I have to say is THANK GOD for St. Mary's and it's team. So Please lets try to hold on to this great landmark. |

I knew some people who went there and they all said that it was a really good hospital, very helpful and close by. It hurts to see St. Mary Hospital about to close down.
