This is a petition for Stephanie Passman to remain as the Assistant Manager of the Tim Hortons at 1705 Niagara Falls Boulevard.Over the past six months, she has gone to great lengths to turn around a store that was in need of change.Every week she invests extra hours of her time to ensure the store is in optimum shape.Improvements have been made in all areas.But more importantly, she is the most liked employee of the store.She keeps worker morale high with her high energy and fun personality.For her to leave this location would take the heart out of a store that was finally starting to seem like a family. Making her start fresh and learning two stores within six months just doesn't seem fair or make sense!
