Lee Carter | If this theatre closes I don't know where my kids will go friday and saturday nights..well Roseville, if you want them to get into trouble and drugs close it!

Julie Jane Capel | This has been a safe and fun place to hang out as a teenager and now as a young adult. It will be a loss to my community and safe entertainment that I am afraid will negatively effect those who treasure it. Please save it for other young adults who want a place to go!
Andrew Lungstrom |
Noel Young | The Roseville 4 has been a community landmark for years. Not only is it one of the few affordable theaters in the city; it has always provided one the best movie-going experiences one could hope for, not just through the friendliest staff in town, but also the best popcorn. Don't get rid of the 4. Where are we going to go? The Riverview is nice, but it can't hold a candle to the infinite charm of this movie theater.

Jeremy Marty |
Matt Ernster | The Roseville 4 is a wonderful community resource. It would be an absolute shame as a result of point corporate sprawl. Please change the plan and save the Roseville 4.

Matt Carlson | Buy closing the Roseville 4 you make me go out to maplewood to watch cheap movies. This is money that I would have spent in your community.

Ryan Nissley | I think it's a valuable resource to the community, keeping college students entertained and with something to do.

this is the only theatre i go to |
Katherine Lange | Has the Roseville 4 thought about fundraising? I know many people who would help do so.
D Thompson |
Sarah Berman-Young | The Roseville 4 is a great place, and really serves the community. I used it frequently when I worked with children in residential treatment, and would take groups of children there. It is a place that we could afford on our meager budget. Without cheap theaters like that, many people cannot afford to go to the movies!
Jay Quant |
Meghan Sarnick | I love going to the Buck. It is so nice to have a cheap option for fun because us poor college students can't often afford a regular movie ticket.

Sarah Jean Shervin | I love this theater! It is part of the heart and soul of the Twin Cities. Where else are poor kids who are trying to stay out of trouble suppose to hang out?
Anonymous | Please don't demolish the BUCK!!! It is definately a place that college students go to get away from campus that is cheap. Where else can you go under five dollars? Save the BUCK!
sue molstad | I often use the Roundy's/Rainbow Foods grocery store at Larpenteur Avenue for my weekly shopping. I believe that their desire to expand may be a good business decision on their part, but to close one of the more affordable movie theatre is bad community business practices. If this large parent compnay cannot see the benefits to have an additional "draw" to this location then they are truely short sited. This theatre has been there since we have lived in St. Paul, and it largely attended my many outside our immediate community. I believe that the Roseville City Council should consider requiring "Roundy's" to allow to lease, at a reasonalbe market rate; the space in order to remain in business. Family owned businesses are losing ground, to the detriment of consumers.
