| 301 | Deborah Ryman | Please, please, please save The Roadhouse - one of the last treasures of Pleasure Point. It must be saved! We don't need more monster houses or condos - once destroyed, you can never get it back! |
| 302 | Lulu Durham | We dont' need any more "MacMansions". This is a historical site that needs to be seen, not obstructed |

| 306 | Dr. Christine HUffard | I love seeing the roadhouse when walking along eastclif, almost daily. It's so beautiful and adds so much to the character of Pleasure Point (my neighborhood). I'd hate to see that lost to condoes!
Please save the Pleasure Point Roadhouse!
Most sincerely,

| 316 | Andra Aquino | I fully support the renovation of this historic house. The money has been given to help this area and I think that is one of the major concerns for us locals. There is no need to build anymore condos!! Save this house, and property!!! |
| 317 | Peter Pethoe | Due to its early Craftsman style architecure and historic Live Oak neighborhood significance, we are hoping that the County Board of Supervisors not only designate the "Roadhouse" property to be on the National Historic registry, but also acquire this property as a neighborhood park and community center. Furthermore that the buildings be used as a much needed 2nd Santa Cruz Hostel facility.

| 318 | Emily Martin | Please save the Roadhouse as a historical site. It would be a pity to replace such a historic site with a bunch of beach home for non locals. |

| 322 | Regina Langhout | Pleasure Point and all of Live Oak are in desperate need of community spaces. Please preserve the Roadhouse for this purpose. |
| 323 | Anonymous | I lived in the Pleasure Point house for 2 years in the late 1970's when I was a student at UCSC. What a great time that was. It was a cooperatively run group house. The house is definitely worth saving. It has a colorful history and has many architecturally historic and unique features. |

| 327 | Ella Madsen | I REALLY REALLY think that this house needs to be saved because it is the heart of Pleasure Point. If we are trying to "preserve" the unique area of Pleasure Point, then this building can not be knocked down . If you guys are spending a lot of time and effort to change building restrictions for this area, then why would we just destroy the history behind this unique building? PLEASE DON"T RUIN WHAT WE AS PLEASURE POINT RESIDENTS WANT TO HAPPEN! And I am the generation that will truly be affected by this, because I am fourteen years old. This is important because if you want to build a park or community center for teenagers and kids, I will feel the direct affect. If you want kids to have good influences in their life, this would be a place to start. If teens could hang out in a centralized area, we could make new friends and be the community we hope to be. Thanks you very much for your consideration! I feel strongly about this situation!!! |
