Read the petition carefully. There are two petitions floating around to "save red rock". This one sponsored by citizen groups with saveredrock.com and the other one sponsored by the developer. Sign this one if you agree to defend the landowner's current rights to develop in a rural manner only. Sign the other one if you feel that the law should be changed to allow the developer to apply for a major project on top of the mountain immediately south of the Red Rock Canyon visitor's center. If the commissioners agree with this petition to defend this rural zoning in Red Rock, it will be heard in two courts.
