Ronnie AgiusMTyes I am against this project and those members of mepa who has voted yes should be aware about the bad impact of the enviorment.
Jean A.CamilleriMTI think that it has become out of hand apart from wondering how much the so called MEPA will be pocketing on this whole project. It's not only a scandel in my opinion, but greed and selfishness apart from WHO IS BIG GETS IT ALL. I'm ashamed to call myself Maltese. Our kids will grow to see nowhere else for their kids to have their sunday recreations or any other day for that matter. Jean A.Camilleri

Colin MicallefMTStop destroying our sacred island
sheridianGBMalta is sacred land. If only you could promote it and be aware more there are empty buildings, half complete construtions, enough to house all your homeless and more.Instead of "English breakfast, football and beer" how about history, ancient sites, walks, fishermen and real maltese culture. Stand proud for goodness sake, you are the most beautiful island-respect it and yourselves.

AnonymousMTWill the sewage of this proposed Ramla building flow into the sea as sometimes happens ? Hope visitors to Ramla bay, especially the people of Ramla and Nadur and other Gizutan/Maltese bathers will not have to swim in polluted water.,

AnonymousGBThe Project will devastate an area of outstanding natural beauty and completely spoil a serene beach site of which there are too few already.
Caroline GattMTThere have been claims made by both the developer and MEPA that the space in between villas, pools and other structures will not add to the footprint becuase they will be landscaped. This is a problematic if not false claim, since the particular biodiversity of the proposed developed area will be replaced by 'landscaping', which even if it does manage to replace a number of the species - both of flora and fauna - that will be necessarily be dislodged during construction, can in no way replace a 'mature' biodiversity, an area of landscape that has developed particular micro-ecosystems and ecological relationships over time. Gardens (read 'landscaping') cannot be considered as justification for the removal of complex, mature ecosystems present in the area.
Duncan SantMTSAVE RAMLA L-HAMRA!!

Caroline VanderbiltCAGozo (and Malta) are too small to misuse their precious land resources. Let the unbuilt areas stay that way so all can enjoy the beauty.

AnonymousMTit is a shame to allow such project to be developed while local residence have asked for building permits further inland and where reject.......
Alex RizzoMTThis is a shameful development
AnonymousMTNo More Speculative development please!
Pauline FucichUSRamla is beutiful the way it is, red sand, lovely beach and nothing surrounding it but nature. To build and construct man made things will destroy that beauty and peacufullness forever. Please save Ramla for us ,for our children, for our future!!!!
Tom CusensMT
Mario GattMTStop destroying our children's country. They will hate you forever if the lot is spoilt.
Audrey Mifsud SciberrasMT
AlessandraMTIts a shameful decision.

AnonymousMTShame on the authoities if this project ever goes through!!!
AnonymousMTITS A SHAME
AnonymousMTIf we continue to ruin the little nature we have left we will not have a place to live. We're distructing our own country. Then we will not need tourists anymore!!!! And for whoever is benefiting from this development: you're robbing the place that you like to visit or see from its beauty and remember that just because you have the money you do not have the right to steal and harm.
John J. BorgMT
AnonymousAUIf Nature itself would have an emergency abuse service im sure that it would not stop ringing! Is "Ramla il Hamra" next in the line??
Hanne Bille AndersenMTIt is of Extreme Importance to Not Keep 'developing' in Malta ,as there already now next to Nothing left of the beautiful landscape here - only building blocks, concrete and tarmac will be left in the end if this does not Stop.ASAP !
Jason ZammitMTIn the name of progress we destroy our environmental future!!
