As Subway Restaurant Franchisees we want a call to action from CEO Fred DeLuca, EVP Millie Shinn,Subway Executives and FAF Board. We feel that too many new locations are being built in a close proximity to existing stores. This is negatively impacting our sales. We are now not only competing against other brands but our own as well. We also feel that advertising has declined and more should have been done to address the changing of our breads. The brand needs to regain the confidence of our customers so that they will return to our stores.
