We the undersigned, are opposed to the closing of public toilets by Charnwood Borough Council in Loughborough, Shepshed and elsewhere in the Borough without any idea of alternatives available, particularly to the detriment of the elderly, parents with children and expecting mums. We believe that public toilets are an essential amenity for the local economy and the removal of this service will inconvenience tourists, local residents and other visitors to our area.
