My name is Kimberley Sloan I am a mother of 4. 2 of which I had with the Registered Sex Offender. I fought to have him put in jail that took me a year to do. I fought to get as much time as possible on his sentence. They said they had no evidence to convict him of rape, (he did rape her). I am just another citizen, but very concerned for my Children\'s well being since this man has moved 1/2 block from my son\'s school. I don\'t think this should be allowed. He is an alcoholic living next door to a bar, in a hotel room, 1/2 block from a school full of kids.
