    Comments: I waited almost a year after the 360 launch to get one. I did this just to give them time to get 'launch bugs' identified and fixed. The manufacture date of my FIRST unit was March of '06, which waited about 9 months and blew out the disc drive. So much for waiting, in hopes to have 'launch bugs' fixed.

    Comments: I had to replace my first XBOX 360 less than a month after purchase. The drive stopped reading discs one day after playing for about 4 hours. I am a responsible adult who doesn't move of mistreat my electronics and I am glad I spent the extra money for a Rplacement Plan from the retailer as I don't want to wait weeks for a refurbished unit. Please fix these before I buy my Elite!

    Comments: I had two boxes fail in under a year. This latest failure (and lack of adequate customer service) has allowed me to look at the quality products that Microsoft's competition offers in all of their respective categories. Fix the problem or don't. Personally I don't care. You've already lost my business.

    Comments: It is important considering the competitions customer support, that you fix this problem. Their is more than one Game in town, eventually people are going to get fed up if this is not rectified.Without your loyal customers Microsoft you are nothing and you would be wise to make note of that!
