   Comments: DTOE has not commenced any study that would identify the increased problems for the streets that will not be shuttered. (Millsbrae, Markbreit, Eileen). Secondly, the streets belong to all citizens and NOT just the residents. Finally, how can traffic be grossly effected before the development had opened.

   Comments: And, NOW the southbound lane of Edwards Rd from Minot to Markbreit is GONE without warning or notice. This neigborhood is becoming inaccessible. Traffic re-routed onto Markbreit to make a left turn onto Edwards road has no left turn arrow and is nearly impossible. I am NOT a happy resident of 4215 32nd Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45209.

   Comments: getting in and out of the neighborhood gets harder and harder. I recently lost direct access to Oakley Square with Allston going one way away from the Square. I live on 33rd Ave. in Oakley. No more blocking of our access to our own neighborhood.
