the local authority is planning to erect a 2.4m (8ft) steel fence boardering the whole field, that will have no public access gates. you will lose your right of way and use of the field. we want to save community and public access to norham playing fields, to uphold the covenant, and protect future use. this land has been in use to the public and local community for over 70 years.
