Name: Chad Gilman on Jan 9, 2007Comments: We need a Mayor who can lead and wants to lead. The city will not survive with Mayor Nagin's style of leadership. Would you want a football coach to lead a team from the locker room or to lead them on playing field Nagin needs to get on the field and do what we elected him to do. If he does not have the time then he needs to resign and go back to Cox Cable.Flag

Name: Jeff Robertson on Jan 10, 2007Comments: My wife and I would love to move back to a New Orleans that is progressive in thinking......but protecting everything that makes it New Orleans. The current leadership is over-matched and has underperformed. It's time for a new direction. You can protect the culture and history, but get rid of the "old" ideas and politics.Flag

Name: Jonathan Bellan on Jan 11, 2007Comments: Under Nagin's leadership he had failed to bring New Orleans back to pre-Katrina levels in a timely fashion. The recovery effort is at a snail's pace. The Mayors focus is low to moderate income families not tax paying citizens and buisnesses owners. Our tax base is shrinking and businesses are closing every day. This coupled with rising crime will place New Orleans dead last as a place to live work and visit. These problems existed pre-Katrina, have been compounded by Katirna and are now begin blamed on Katrina. We need a strong innovative leader and Nagin is not him.Flag
