"Slick" Rick Neuheisel is the greatest thing to happen to College Football in Los Angeles. 1. All the UCLA "fans" were ecstatic after Neuheisel was hired. 2. Neuheisel has failed miserably as head coach of UCLA. 3. UCLA fans got what they wanted and are miserable. 4. The vast majority of Los Angeles takes great pleasure in UCLA's failures and the misery of their pathetic fans. 5. UCLA "fans" perpetually think "next year" is the year they'll finally beat USC. Why deny them? If Rick Neuheisel is fired it’s unlikely another coach as incompetent as Neuheisel can be hired. Neuheisel must not be fired! At the time this petition was created these are Rick Neuheisel's stats as head coach of UCLA: * Incorrectly concluded that "The Football Monopoly In L.A. Is Officially Over." * .422 winning percentage * In the Pac-10 finished in 8th place twice and 9th place once. * Never beat USC. * Only bowl appearance in the now defunct EagleBank Bowl. * Bleeds the state government dry of $1.25 million dollars to perpetuate the failure of UCLA Bruin football. * Attendance at UCLA football games is at all time lows. * Rick Neuheisel's performance has been even worse than Karl Dorrell's. By signing this petition you are giving your support to UCLA's head football coach Rick Neuheisel. You encourage the UC Chancellor, the Board of Trustees, administration and boosters to NOT fire Neuheisel. You also recommend that Rick Neuheisel be given a perpetual contract guaranteeing that he is the highest paid college football coach in America.
