We are a small high school community with a unique partnership with California State University, Northridge. Our mission is to inspire, support, and expect our students to achieve their fullest potential as learners and productive citizens. In order to ensure success for our students, there is a unique collaboration of Administration, Parents, Teachers, Students, and last but not least the Main Office Staff. Without the support of the Main Office, this school is sure to crumble. The Main Office Staff are the legs that we stand on. To cripple our Office Staff means to cripple the future of our students. The Main Office staff are unjustly and unfairly being dispersed throughout Los Angeles County, have their hours and salary drastically slashed. Relocating our staff would detrimentally and irreversibly hurt our school community. It does not make any sense relocating practically the entire staff in the middle of the semester. Doing so would prevent the school from receiving adequate funds needed to run on a daily basis. Staff being brought into the school DO NOT know how this unique school runs and operates- because of the collaboration, hard work, sweat, and tears of the EXISTING STAFF. This is a disaster in the making at the cost of OUR CHILDREN- OUR FUTURE.
