I'll sign the petition because I think it is a waste of taxpayer money but you are not the dog's mom, his mom was actually a dog, too. Weird when folks develop this mom/dad relationship with animals, somewhat unhealthy, too. |

| 4605 | Anonymous | Rolo is not a vicious animal, he was protecting his property. This woman should be ashamed for making this go as far as she did (the lady who was bit) this is ridiculous. I am a proud owner of a german shepherd, They are protective of what is theres including their property. Maybe this lady is a bad person, they say dogs can sense a mean person by their ora. This dog does not deserve to die because of this. Hasn't this Rolo been punished enough already? Let him go!!! |
| 4606 | Anonymous | A pet is Family!!!!! Fight always for the right! |
| 4607 | deanne carroll | this is ridiculous do not kill the dog. plenty pits done way worse and lived. i resent the women that took this so far. jurors should use commoms sense not just strict rule of law why we have juries |

| 4626 | Martha Perantoni | Rolo has now been found guilty of being a dangerous dog. Testimony before sentencing is being heard today. By all appearances, the victim is abusing the system with her hysterical behavior and getting her neighborhood chums to support her. It is my sincerest hope that the court act fairly. Rolo SHOULD NOT be euthanized but be returned to his owner and allowed to live a peaceful life at home. |

| 4628 | Michele Shank | My prayers are with Laura and Rolo. Neither of you deserve this. |
| 4629 | DINO COSTA | If the judge in this case does anything other than letting Rolo live, then said judge should never have anything good happen to him for the remainder of his own life.
This is outrageous, the dog reacted in a scared fashion as many dogs would in the same situation - we are not talking about CUJO here, folks.
Let Rolo live, free him back to his owner, hand out a warning and lets move on.
Thoughts and prayers are with Rolo. |
| 4630 | Leslie Chouinard | The accuser in this case is a terrible woman who is trying to get attention. She has split up a family. This dog is harmless and should go home. |

| 4633 | Brandon Osborn | I completely support and applaud your efforts for Rolo. The sentence seems absurd and excessive. I too have a GSD and know I would fight as you have to save him. I've just heard of your case, and don't know if signed this will help or not, but you have my heartfelt support for you and Rolo. Kindest regards and hope, Brandon Osborn |
| 4634 | Ashley | I wish you and Rolo the best of luck in your appeal. |

| 4636 | Laura | this was an accident - not a vicious attack - give the dog a break |
| 4637 | Robin Orr | |
| 4638 | Bella Dean | Free this dog!!!! |
| 4639 | Kelley Allison | Please don't euthanize this animal especially if they can turn it around with training. This does not sound like a vicious attack to me. Being an owner of a GSD, their bark is worse then their bite but if they wanted to hurt someone they could. Obviously, that was not this dog's intention. |
| 4640 | Denise Minier | Please let Rolo go back to his owner. Require that he attends obedience training and that she fence her backyard, but please for god's sake don't euthanize him. |
| 4641 | Tia Hesington | IT IS MURDER TO PUT THIS DOG TO DEATH!! |
| 4642 | Anonymous | euthanize Kathy Hardin |
| 4643 | Diane Ohm | Please send Rolo back to his Mom. I too have a wonderful GSD and I know she would be lost and would starve herself if I were away from her that long. Have a heart! You can teach an older dog new tricks - let him go to school, don't let him die! |
| 4644 | DENISE M. HEELAN | WOW... So... quarantine, a higher fence, fine for the owner & obedience training...these are not things that occured to the judge? How about giving the dog away until the owner can move to another State? None of these are acceptable alternatives?? The judge just took the word of some bored housewives who banded together like bitchy cheerleaders to get the girl they don't feel fits in their click? DEATH is not the answer. I own Who's Your Puppy?! - We'll be happy to take him and work with him...BUT DEATH??? JUDGE...COME ON... The dog does not have a PATTERN of biting anyone... The dog doesn't deserve DEATH for this offense. It's extreme and it's simply not necessary. You have punished them both enough by keeping them apart. Please let us take the dog out of your State... and we'll be happy to keep him until the owner can run like hell out of yours as well if that is what JUSTICE is in your State... My God. DEATH? |

| 4646 | DON ROWE | dogs are not bad , also why is this even in the courts? it really sad ,it takes a small person to do these .like this . hope the dog goes home . they dont know why !!!!!!! |
| 4647 | Angelica Ondayzio | I hope I am not too late. God bless you and ROLO. I have a GS and would be beyond heartbroken if something would be happen to him. This breed is beyond faithful.
JUDGE - PLEASE SAVE ROLO. |
| 4648 | Brian Brody | Don't put the Dog down for what it thought was protecting its owner. A little bite on the rear is not serious. |
