Hello, my daughter Mikayla Bruno has been stolen by Columbia County DSS. The case workers have lied in court (I have documents and recordings to prove so). Last year my daughter started missing school and hanging out with a bad crowd and became very depressed I have done everything I can to keep her out of group homes and detention centers, I knew she was sick and not a bad kid. DSS violated our rights coming to our home uninvited, questioning my daughter, sending police to her school. Paying for us to move to safer place then telling judge we moved to avoid them. The judge ordered a diagnostic which showed she is bipolar, now they are keeping her in limbo for placement, she was sexually assaulted they refused to call police and report it, I called them. They refused to inform the judge of the assault and he refused to hear my plea. I can get her the help she needs from home and set her up with therapy and programs, she does not deserve this she cries everyday. I am emotionally a wreck I want my daughter back, they are killing her. They lie, falsify reports and my daughter told judge the reports were not true. The staff at her treatment center all have said she does not belong there and they were told if they speak up they will be fired. We need help.
