Name: Doug Miller on Dec 22, 2007Comments: There are too many more logical development sites. I'm reminded of the classic Joni Mitchell song and the lyric, "paved paradise / And put up a parking lot." It seems horrible to remove a much needed piece of green with a school when there are other more sensible sites, and older facilities which could be renovated.Flag

When each of you bought your condo or home or rented your apartment, you knew or should have known that a school was going to be built there. A school is sorely needed in this area and its a shame that the NIMBYs get to dictate against what the rest of the community surely could benefit from.Flag

Name: Debbie Pell on Feb 27, 2013Comments: Please keep Mays Chapel Park intact for future generations. As we all know, once a park is destroyed, the inevitable fate of the land is to become a seldom used parking lot. A better plan would be to renovate the school at its present location. A boon to the neighborhood, recycling at its finest and a beautiful park for your descendants to cherish.Flag
