| 101 | Anonymous | Keith Lacata helped me in so many ways and he is an amazing police officer and human being. Losing him would be tragic. |
| 102 | Roberta Garrison | |
| 103 | Seana Garrison | |
| 104 | mary tornello | Save MAPD, thanks to their quick response they save many lives here at new seanons. |
| 105 | joanne distasio | dont sacrifice our police department for your political expense. these men have worked to hard for too long to have everyhting taken away for the little expense that they cost the citizens of mt arlington for the great service that they provide all of us. |
| 106 | jim distasio | |
| 107 | Fran Conover | Mt. Arlington Needs it's own police force...... |
| 108 | Valerie Cottrell | Mt Arlington is a large enough community to have it's own police dept. do not combine it with any other town. |
| 109 | Peter Bergamini | |
| 110 | Jerry Mancuso | Cutting the MAPD will only save the tax payer maybe $100-200 per year which is nothing. We need our own PD here. Imagine the response times from other PD's. Time matters, especially when your the victim! |
| 111 | David Conover | The mount arlington cops arent just cops but friends they need to stay in mount arlington |
| 112 | Maria Cacko | Leave well enough alone!!! |
| 113 | casey conover | ive lived in mt arlington my whole life. this town is all ive known. the officers of this town r like family and i would hate to see them go. please keep our police force. |
| 114 | Rich Temple | |
| 115 | Neilie Donaldson | |
| 116 | Matt Curasco | KEEP THEM!!! You Got Rid Of Their Rescue Squad Don't Get Rid Of Their PD!
-Matt Curasco
EMT With The Jefferson Twp. Rescue Squad |
| 117 | Paul Szabanos | |
| 118 | Jason Howard | Best, most efficent and polite police force I have ever seen. |
| 119 | Kathleen Simmons | |
| 120 | Clinton Hill | For how fast Mount Arlington's population & traffic are growing, it would be an injustice to everyone to get rid of the Mount Arlington Police Force. |
| 121 | Debra Hill | I have lived in this town for the past 12 years. It has flurished and improved each and every year with community functions, housing, businesses, roads and sidewalks... until now. It is beyond my comprehension that the removal of the Mt. Arlington Police force is on the table. We depend on our Police force to keep our community safe and runnng smoothly. I am sure there are many other areas that can be cut if in fact we are so poor, although I personally do not believe that. |

| 123 | Beth E. Ward | I urge our elected officials to realize the long term results of any change that removes the feelings of comfort and safety of our residents as a result of the loss of a dedicated police department. |
| 124 | Anonymous | Please continue the MAPD as is. |
| 125 | Stephen J. Lardiere | I've lived here since 1963 and have needed the assistance of our poice department many times. Getting rid of a police force that knows the community is ridiculous. Unless you can show me the town can save a significant amount (let's say $200,000), then don't even entertain the notion of contracting our police force. No outside police officer will take the time to know or understand the needs and nuances of our community. |
| 126 | Longo | I truly believe that our officers really care about this community and are important to the town. I do not think that another township is going to be invested in the well being of the residents of Mt. Arlington. I feel safe and secure here because I know these officers are part of the community and care about the residents. |
| 127 | Lynne Fomchenko | |
| 128 | Diane Zuccaro | We need our police force and will suffer tremendously without them. This town is growing in leaps and bounds. Our Police officers work hard to keep us safe. These Officers are positive contributers to my family living in Mt. Arlington.
I consider no other option then KEEPING OUR MT. ARLINGTON POLICE FORCE. |
| 129 | Darlene Kadel | |
| 130 | Amanda McDonald | |
| 131 | Karen McDonald | |
| 132 | Edward Merola | I pay some of the highest taxes in Mount Arlington and the Mount Arlington Police Department is worth every penny of it. |
| 133 | Maureen Merola | |
| 134 | robert leahy | I believe the community will loose a personal relationship with there police department if they are conslidated.mt. arlington has great history with its citezens and the people that serve it. |

| 141 | farrell | business owner in town |
| 142 | Anthony Imbimbo | Crime is all around us.
I am not asking for more police, but I am sure not asking for less. This town has to think long and hard before any action is taken. Don't let dollars blind you. |
| 143 | Deidre Casey | I moved here partly because we have our own police. I came from Hampton Twp who had none and Hampton Commons became a hangout for drug users, teenagers partying all night and vandalism. I couldn't get out fast enough.
This taught me the value of the police. The house next door to me here in Mt. Arlington was robbed. The police were here quickly and took charge.
I have yet to see a Jefferson police car in the area adjacent to our borders ever and I travel Espanong constantly at different hours. If they can't police their own streets, they won't do any better for us. |
| 144 | MCKAY | Once again this is an afront to our constitutional rights and freedoms let me give you a small example, the Constitution reads {We the people of the United States in order to form a more perfect union, establish Justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity} if these words do not describe in every sence, the absolute need for our local plolice department I don't know what will. God save us all in this time of post 9/11 world if we cant understand the basic need for our local police departments to insure the safty of our community and to maintane our independance and security for all of our Mt Arlington Tax paying Citezens |
| 145 | George Laoudis | |
| 146 | scott s dispirito | Keep the Mt. Arlington P.D. Dont make a bad decision you will regret later. |
| 147 | Sarah Cummings | |
| 148 | Keith Alexander Cray | |
| 149 | David Recasino | |
| 150 | Julie Eichvalds | The Mount Arlington Police Department is, in my opinion, one of the greatest benefits of being a Mount Arlington resident. The officers I know care about the community, they have developed a trusting relationship with our children, and they strive to create a safe environment. I hope Counsil will realize the value of this and reconsider spending $42,000.00 on a study that cannot measure peace of mind. |
