A 5% increase can mean the difference in millions of dollars that may be lost to competing incentive programs in other states. It is an important measure which greatly helps to keep the most successful program instituted to increase revenue remain successful and competitive.

Our state is front and center and to stay there, we have to stay competitive and keep production funds flowing into our state.
